I am a Realtor® licensed in the State of Florida (3207105) and, since 2008, my practice has focused on seller representation through exclusive listings. My record is on the MLS: in a single year I closed 79 transactions as the listing agent, which earned me a place in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, a career milestone many agents work toward for years.

## How I work

I work on one side of every transaction, the listing side. When I work for a seller, my focus is the seller’s outcome: price, marketing, negotiation and closing for the person who entrusted me with their property. That model, the exclusive listing, is what has allowed me to build a verifiable track record and clients who come back.

## Two shores, one standard

I live between Florida and the Dominican Republic. I sell properties in Weston, Fort Lauderdale and Miami, advise investors in South Florida and guide those buying a villa in Punta Cana, Samaná, Puerto Plata or Casa de Campo, with an attorney, verified title and real showings.
